The Mission, principles, and Goals of the Kalpavriksha Vanar

Our Mission

Kalpavriksha is the world tree, the wishing tree, the tree of life; the benevolent giver of life, love, and prosperity. The Vanara are people who care for and tend to the natural forests and jungles. We at Kalpavriksha Vanara tend to the life, love, and prosperity of our community and preservation of natural bounties. We strive to help those who are in need. Clean water, clean power, and fresh locally grown nutritious foods is our number 1 priority. In addition we will assist people become more self-sustaining and prosperous through education, aid, on the job training, and general permaculture principles.

Our Principles

People Care: Ensuring that people have access to the resources they need to live healthy, meaningful lives. Helping to create better situations to allow people to be and grow to their best.

Earth Care: Recognizing the inherent value of the Earth and taking responsibility for its long-term well-being. We are part of the earth, not separate from her. If we do not take care of nature, we do not take care of ourselves, or our future generations.

Community Care: Sharing surplus resources, whether biological or social, to ensure that all can thrive, and that resources and benefits are shared fairly and equally for the betterment of the entire community, not just for personal gain.
